I currently have 4 Studio Flats fully let with a current income £2130
I am looking to add 2 more Studio flats in my basement once let , it will give me an extra £1200 per month bringing my total income to £3330 per month. The current outgoing each month from this property is £500 so I’m currently netting £1630

I’m trying to avoid selling this property but I need to raise £70,000 which can be secure again this property, I am offering a 20% annual return on the investment paid monthly £1167 per month, the £70k will be repaid by refinancing once I finish the 2 studios flats.
